摘要：专业标准是社会职业发展的重要内容，也是社会职业发展的基准。教育行政领导专业标准是衡量教育行政领导专业发展的标志和尺度。目前我国教育界和学术界还没足够重视对教育行政领导专业标准进行研究，没有构建一部统一的专业标准来规范教育行政领导的管理，导致我国教育行政领导专业化发展水平不高。从教育、行政、管理、伦理多维视角剖析其专业标准，并对专业标准内容的构建作初步的探讨。

An Analysis of Constructing  Professional Standards of the Education Administrative Leadership in China

Abstract：The professional standards are the important contents of the social occupational development and are the important symbol of the occupational development level.The professional standards of the education administrative leadership are the signs and scales of the measuring the professional development for the educational administrative leadership. At present,Chinese education circles and academic circles have not attached enough importance to the study of the professional standards of the educational administrative leadership and constructed a unified professional standards to regulate the management of educational administrative leadership. Therefore, the development level of the professionalization of the educational administrative leadership is not high in China. The professional standards is analyzed in this paper from the multidimensional perspective of the education, administration,management and ethics. Meanwhile, the constructing of the content of the professional standards is discussed.
