A Pursuit of Innovative Leadership Practices: An Overview of the 23rd UCEA Convention

Abstract: The key word of the 23rd UCEA Annual Convention is innovation. This paper reviews the major themes of the conference, particularly the innovations in establishing multiple school一community partnerships and innovative leadership development programs. The increasing involvement of international participants at UCEA Conventions also indicates that innovative educational leadership is emerging as a globalized issue.
