摘要：自从 20 世纪 80 年代以来英国一直非常重视中小学校长的专业培训与发展，并逐步形成了较为完善的中小学校长专业标准和专业培训发展体系。在这个体系中主要有四个训项目，分别是“快车道”项目、“国家校长专业资格培训”、“校长领导与管理计划”、以及“在职校长领导计划”。这些多种多样的培训项目针对校长在不同阶段的培训项目体现了英国中小学校长培训过程中注重个性与能力的培养、培训对象的多元化、培训课程的实用性、以及培训渠道的多样性等特点。英国的中小学校长培训一直处于世界领先地位。

本文从培训的行政机构，校长的职前、资格证、入职、在职培训等环节以及

贯穿于中小学校长整个专业发展生涯的英国校长培训制度入手，整理了国内外相

关文献研究，旨在较为全面、系统的介绍英国中小学校长培训管理制度。希望为

我们的中小学校长培训管理制度的发展提供借鉴。

总结：本文的第一个部分是前言，主要阐述了选题的缘由，即为什么研究中小学校长培训管理制度以及为什么选择研究英国中小校长培训管理制度。并且说明了本文的研究意义和研究方法。

第二部分主要包含第二、第三、第四、第五和第六章。对于英国国家学校领导学院、“快车道”计划、英国国家校长专业培训计划和英国新任校长领导与管理计划、在职校长领导计划都有具体的介绍和说明。

第三部分主要是第七章。阐述了英国校长培训制度对我国的启示：重视培训标准建设；重视校长培训需求；重视培训项目研发；重视校长师资配置；重视培训机制效能；重视培训模式创新。

Abstract：Since the 1980s, Britain has always attached great importance to the

professional training and development of the primary and secondary school head teachers, and gradually formed a professional standards of primary and secondary

school head teachers and professional training and development system. Four training

projects mainly in this system are the "Fast Track" Teaching Program, the National

Professional Qualification for Headship(NPQH), Head teacher Leadership and

Management Program(Head teacher LAMP), and Leadership Programme For Serving

Head teachers (LPSH).

These various training programs for the head teachers at various stages of training reflects the British school principal training process pay attention to personality and ability training, the training object diversity, training courses and training of practical, the diversity of the channel etc. The Schoolmasters training has been in a leading position in the world.

 The principal training system from the training of administrative agencies, principals pre accreditation, entry, job training, and other sectors, and throughout the whole career as a professional development of primary and secondary school principals British start, finishing the relevant literature research aimed at more comprehensive and systematic introduction of the British the Schoolmasters training management system. I hope to provide a reference for the development of our primary and secondary school principals training management system.
