教育生态学视角下中小学校长培训管理的研究
摘要:教育生态学作为教育学和生态学相互渗透的结果,是将生态学应用于教育领域产生的一门分支学科。它是根据生态学的原理,特别是生态系统、生态平衡、结构与功能的统一等原理与机制,研究各种教育现象及其成因,进而掌握教育发展的规律,揭示教育发展趋势和方向的一门科学。
培训作为促进中小学校长管理水平提升的重要方式已成为人们的共识,经过近几十年的努力,我国的中小学校长培训发展迅速,在相关制度的建设、培训实践与培训理论的研究等方面都成绩卓著,但问题尤存,突出表现为培训实效性欠缺,究其原因是由于没有建立一个开放的、动态的、平衡的中小学校长培训管理系统所致。因此 要提高中小学校长培训实效性,解决中小学校长培训管理过程中遇见的纷繁复杂的情境和问题,就必须超越单一学科思维方式的局限。教育生态学为中小学校长培训管理尤其是动态的、开放的、平衡的培训管理系统的构建提供了全新的视角。本文从教育生态学的角度分析了影响中小学校长培训管理的各种因素,并归纳了其产生的深层原因,尝试运用教育生态学的原理、观念来引导中小学校长培训管理工作的发展。

总结:全文共分为四个部分。第一部分,简述本研究的由来,分析和总结研究现状,阐释研究的思路和方法,说明研究的意义。
第二部分,阐述中小学校长培训管理中存在的主要问题.并对其进行生态分析。
第三部分,构建了中小学校长培训管理生态系统,首先对中小学校长培训管理生态系统的结构进行分析,提出了这一生态系统是一个包括生态主体和生态环境的开放的、动态的生态系统;其次对中小学校长培训管理这一生态系统的主体与各要素间的相互关系进行剖析;最后以中小学校长培训管理实例对其进一步论证分析。
第四部分,从教育生态学的角度,对中小学校长培训管理生态系统的发展提出可行性的建议和策略。
ABSTACT:Educational ecology is the interdiscipline of pedagogy and ecology, the branches of ecology used in education. According to the basic principles of the ecology, including the mechanism of ecosystem, ecological structure and ecological balance and functions etc, ecology education studies all kinds of educational phenomena and causes, in order to grasp the principles of the development in education and to point out the developmental orientation .It is well known that principal training is a main way of improvement for headmasters of elementary and middle schools. In the last few decades, with the rapid development of Principal training for elementary and middle school headmasters in China, great achievements are made in the aspects of relevant system construction, training practice and theory of training. However, it also
has some shortcomings. Especially, lacking effectiveness in the training for
headmasters .the main reason are have not established an open, dynamic, balance management training system. Therefore, To study and solve the complicated problem met by the training management of principals in middle and primary schools during the development process, we must exceed the limitation of unitary modes of their thought and make use of all course materials. It provides one kind of new view angle for creating an open,dynamic, balance management training system. From the viewpoint of
education ecology this paper analyzes the factors which restrict the development of the training management of principals and induces the deep reason of them. Then based on the ecology principles, it points out the ecological development for the raining management of principals .
