摘 要：一个好校长就是一所好学校，校长素质的高低直接影响到学校未来发展的好坏。校长的公关能力作为校长主要的管理能力之一，对于学校的发展至关重要。校长可以通过学校公关来提升学校的声誉，塑造学校的良好的形象，更可以为学校争取更多的内外部资源。目前，我国中小学校长普遍存在公关能力不足，缺乏必要的能力培训等现象，这些问题严重的影响到学校的发展。

本文正是在此基础之上，对目前我国中小学校长公共关系管理能力存在的问题，进行了深度探讨与剖析，进而指出出现这些问题的原因以及相应的改进策略。

总结：全文分为四个部分：

第一部分是对中小学校长公关能力的内涵及其维度进行分析；

第二部分通过对部分校长的问卷调查得出目前中小学校长公关能力存在的问题；

第三部分是对造成这些问题的原因分析；

第四部分是在分析以上原因的基础之上，给出实质性的建议。

Abstract：A good principal is a good school ,the principal’s quality directly affects the future development of school quality .The ability of public relations as one of the main management ability ,is crucial for the development of the school .The principal can use the school public relations to enhance the reputation of school ,to shape a good image of school ,but also strive for more internal and external resources for the school. At present , the principals of primary and middle school are lack of public relations ability and the necessary ability training ,These problems seriously affect the development of school.

This article is precisely above this foundation and find the current school public relations management problems by using in-depth discussion and analysis ,Finally it points out the causes of these problems and the corresponding improvement strategy .
