摘要：高等教育领导在高等教育行政管理中起着举足轻重的作用，它的发挥是否有效，将影响到整个高等教育事业的发展程度和发展质量。因此，分析高等教育领导的有效性十分必要。对于高等教育领导者来说，提高自身的领导素质、提高影响力、掌握必要的领导艺术以及运用科学而有效的零道手段，是实现高等教育领导有效性的重要途径，同时也不能忽略被领导者及领导环境对高等教育领导有效性的影响。

关键词：高等教育；领导；有效性；领导素质；领导艺术

 The Analysis of Effectiveness on the Leaders of Higher Education

Abstract:The leaders of higher education play a decisive role in the administration of higher education whether they make effectively or not will affect the development degree and development quality of the whole education cause.So it is quite necessary to analyze the effectiveness of the leaders of higher education.To the leaders of higher education enhancing their own quality of leadership, enhancing influence, mastering necessary art of leadership and using scientific and effective methods of leadership is the important way to realize the effectiveness of the leaders of higher education.Meanwhile,we can not ignore the influence of the led and surroundings on effectiveness of the leaders of higher education.
