——以甘肃省 H 县十所学校为例

摘 要:当今社会，信息技术已经广泛应用于生产生活的各个领域，教育的信息化进程也被快速推进，信息技术在教育领域的应用使得学校在课程、教学、管

理、文化建设等方面均发生了巨大的变化，以教育信息化实现学校跨越式发展，已经成为现代化学校发展的必然选择。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010- 2020 年）》中强调指出：“重点加强农村学校信息技术基础建设，缩小城乡数字化差距。”、“继续推进农村中小学远程教育，使农村和边远地区师生能够享受优质教育资源。”特别是广大农村学校的信息化建设及应用水平，对学校自身的改进与发展、教师的专业发展和提升以及学生综合素养的提高均有着非常重要的影响作用。

关键词：农村中小学校长；信息化领导力；调查思考

总结：本文主要分三部分，分别是农村中小学校长信息化领导力存在的主要问题、农村中小学校长信息化领导力存在问题的成因分析以及提升农村中小学校

长信息化领导力的对策思考。

第一部分，采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法，以 H 县为例，对学校信息化建设建设与应用对农村学校发展的作用、信息技术手段的运用对学校教学与管理的关系、校长和教师在使用信息技术手段中态度与行为的不一致性、校长的信息化素养对学校信息化建设的影响作用和校长实际信息技术应用能力的差异以及教师对培训的需求与学校提供培训间的冲突等问题进行调查分析，并提出了农村中小学校长信息化领导力存在的主要问题。

第二部分，针对第一部分中提出的问题，进行成因分析，主要包括校长自

身因素、评价考核机制、办学因素及教育投入和管理制度等方面。

第三部分，从校长信息意识与态度、信息化知识与技能、信息化管理水平、学校的信息化投入、信息化制度、信息化文化等六个维度入手，根据其存在的问题，提出提升农村校长信息化领导力的对策。

Abstract：Nowadays, IT has been widely used in various fields of social production and life, at same time the process of informatization of education is rapidly advancing. Because of the application of IT to the field of education, tremendous changes have happened on the school curriculum, teaching, management, culture construction and so on. It has become the inevitable choice for development of the modernized schools to realize leaping development through education informatization. The National Long-Term Education Reform andDevelopment Plan (2010 - 2020) stressed that rural schools IT infrastructure should be strengthened in order to narrow the urban-rural digital gap and that distance education ought to to be promoted Continually so that teachers and students from rural and remote areas can enjoy high-quality educational resources. In particular, the level of the information construction and application of the majority of rural schools has very significant impact on the school's own improvement and development, professional development and promotion of teachers as well as improvement the students' comprehensive quality.
