教育领导的亲疏差序与社会公正压力悖论研究

摘要:在中国文化里,儒家社会是一个“关系导向型”社会。教育领导通常以不同的交易法则和“关系”与不同的人交往。学校领导在处理事务时,按照亲疏差序原理遵循着儒家的内部伦理。如果公事公办,就违背了“爱有等差”规则,就会遭到指责,久而久之会被迫离开这个关系网。亲疏差序原理是一种有悖于社会公德的文化传统,我们要树立平等之爱。

On the Paradox between Love Ethics and Social Justice Pressure of School Leader under the Background of Confucian Relation-oriented Society

Abstract: As a Confucian society, China is a "relation-oriented" one. Educational leaders usually trade with people who have different "relationship" with them by different trading rules. When school leaders deal with affairs, they follow the Confucian ethics according to the Close-distant Differential Princ1e. If business is business, they would get blamed because of breaking the rule of "love linear". Then they may be forced to leave the network in the long run. Close-distant Differential Principle is a cultural tradition in paradox with social justice. We could understand it in emotion, but must overcome it in social practice.
