The New Development of Educational Leadership Theory

Abstract：The current educational leadership theory has achieved great developmentand it presents a vision of “jungle of concepts”, signifying a trend of concepts grouping. Through the analysis of document, this article induces the current educational leadership theory into six different categories: instnzciaonal leadership，transform ational leadership，moral leadership， participative leadership，managerial leadership，and contingent leadership. Based on the analysis of these typical concepts the most advanced educational leadership theory will be presented.
