依托网络教研提升教师信息素养的研究
摘要:随着教育信息化和新课程改革在我国的迅速开展,信息化促使学校的教育活动发生了重大变革。教师面临信息化教育改革和新课程改革的双重挑战,急需调整甚至是改变他们的教学行为,寻求促进其自身发展的教研新模式,提升自身信息素养,以跟上信息化的步伐。信息技术和工nternet的高速发展与广泛普及,能把跨时空、地域的人们紧密联系,实现顺畅的信息沟通与情感交流,并能为自主与协同学习提供海量的资源与便捷的工具,一种基于信息技术,以促进教师专业发展为目标的网络教研方式便应运而生。如何利用信息化背景下的网络教研提升教师信息素养,以其自身信息素养引领网络教研,促进教师专业发展进而形成良性循环?依托网络教研有效提升教师信息素养,就是本文探究的方向。

第一章,阐述了本研究的背景、研究意义、研究现状以及研究方法。
第二章,在明确中小学教师信息素养内涵的基础上,对吕梁市离石区中小学
教师信息素养的现状进行了调查,分析了目前教师应用信息技术的情况与传统信息素养发展过程中存在的问题,在此基础上总结了有效的教师信息素养提升模式,提出利用网络教研提升教师信息素养的设想。
第三章,通过网络教研的理论及与信息素养的关系分析说明了利用网络教研
这一途径提升中小学教师信息素养的合理性与可行性,在此基础上,提出以教师
实践共同体的形式,在网络教研的行动学习中发展教师信息素养的设计思想,并
论述了网络教研对教师信息素养的提升作用。
第四章,阐述了依托网络教研提升教师信息素养的具体开展过程:首先设计
了信息素养发展方案,然后开展基于网络教研的行动学习,最后对整个活动进行
了总结。
Abstract:With the rapid development of edueational informationization and new currieulum reform in our country,a great change has been happened to the activities during the school's edueation.Teaehers face dual challenges from reform of both edueational informationization and new currieulum.So in order to keep up with the Paee of the informationization,We need to adjust their teaehing behavior,seek the new teaehing mode and improve its own information literacy which could promote the development of its own.With the high-speed development and popularization of the information teehnology and internet,people have more close contact from different time,region and even space,not only the smooth communieation but also the emotional communication.in the same time,it could provide convenient tools and resource which are used
For learning by autonomous way cooperatively.Based on this,a method of network researeh has come into being to promote teaehers’ professional development.How to use information teehnology which is under the background of network research to enhance teaehers’ information literacy to lead the teaehing and research, to promote professional development of teaehers and than make a virtuous seyele?So this Ppaper's direetion is enhancing the teachers’ information literacy based on the network.
