 论中小学内部管理体制改革与发展

摘要:我国中小学内部管理体制改革走过二十多年的历程,它的发展经历了探索、发展、深化三个阶段,取得了一定的成绩,积累了一些成功经验。与此同时,一些地区的改革步履艰难,甚至出现了“高原”现象。本文采取文献法、比较法和调查法,旨在通过查阅资料,调查走访,比较分析,进一步探索学校内部管理体制改革与发展。

总结:全文共分为四个部分:

第一部分:中小学内部管理体制改革及功能。对学校内部管理体制改苹的含义进行界定的墓础!几,从理论._概括中小学内部管理体制改革的功能。

第二部分:中小学内部管理体制改革的历史回顾与评析。在回顾小学内部管理体制改革的基础__上,一认真分析了改革的背景及改革的发展历程和改革的主要内容,并客观评析了改革中取得的成绩,指出改革中面临的问题,进一步探讨了中小学内部管理体制改革难以深化的原因。

第三部分:深化中小学内部管理体制改革的意义。从深化中小学内部管理休制改苹的重要性和必要性,阐述深化中小学内部管理体制改革的意义,深化中小学内部管理体制改革不仅是完善教育自身发展的需要,也是适应经济体制改革深化和面对WTO,迎接世界教育改革潮流的需要。

第四部分:深化中小学内部管理体制改革的基本策略。针对改革中面临的困惑和问题,进一步深化中小学内部管理改革的策略:以时代发展的前瞻性来研究中小学内部管理改革;以中小学教育的新功能来改革中小学内部管理体制;要关注内外整体配套改革;要从局部改革转到系统改革上来;要从被动的封闭型转到主动的开放型上来。

On the bas i s of reviewing the reform of management system inside  the  middle  and  primary  schools,  have  analysed  the background and the development course of the reform and main content of the reform of the reform conscientiously, And the The fourth part:deepen the basic tactics of the reform of management system inside the middle and primary schools.Puzzlement and problem faced in the reform, deepen the tactics of managing the reform inside the middle and primary schools further: At era development perspective to come and study middle and primary schools manage the reform;Reform the management system inside the middle and primary schools with the new function of the education of middle and primary schools;The whole coordinated reform while paying close attention to;Should turn into and reform from the some reform systematically;Should turn into the initiative style of opening to come up from the passiue close type.
