摘要：办学校，文化是内涵。学校文化是一所学校的灵魂，是凝聚和激励学校全体师生进行教育教学改革的主要精神力量，是推动教育创新和学校发展的强大内驱力。文化是一个动态发展的过程，学校文化也是一个动态发展的过程，只有优秀的学校文化，才能孕育出优秀的学校教育。现代中小学学校文化是学校全体师生共同生成的体现时代特征的价值观念、思维方式、行为方式及其活动结果，是凝聚和激励学校全体师生进行教育教学改革，推进学校发展的重要精神力量。现代中小学学校文化是主张开放开拓的文化，是宽容的和张扬个性的文化，是合作型竞争的文化。现代中小学学校文化关注的是人的生存方式和生命意义。

    现代中小学学校文化建设是一项创造性系统工程，是全面提高中小学办学水平的基础工程。现代中小学学校文化建设的核心是学校价值观建设;关键是创建新型教师文化;有效途径是构建学习型学校;目标是提升学校品位，打造学校品牌，争创品牌学校、精品学校，迎接知识经济时代的挑战。

Abstract：culture is the inner content to run a school. 'The culture of school is the soul of a school, which encourages all the staff to carry out the educational reform and impulses the educational innovation and the development of the school.  Culture is the process of a moving development .Only excehent school culture can bring out excellent school .Modern school culture is a very important spiritual strength to develop the school. It can encourage all the teachers and students to carry out educational reform. Modern middle and primary school culture is the value sense, thinking methods, behavior way and activity result, which is spring from the teachers and students' sense and reflecting the characteristics of the times. It is one of the most important strengths to improve the development of the school and encourage the staff and the students to carry out the innovation. Modern school culture is open, aggressive and competitive along with cooperation. Modern school culture pays attention to human's living style and life value.

    The construction of modern school culture is a creative system .It is the basic project to improve running schools. The core of the construction of modern school culture is the construction of modern school`s value .The key point is to set up new-style teachers' culture, the efficient way is to form studying- style school. The aim is to prove the brand of school. The aim is to improve the brand of school, create brand school and key school to meet with the challenging of knowledge economics times.

    The thesis consists of seven main parts: The ftrst part is the introduction, it raises the questions, introduces reference summary and research methods. The second part is to explain school culture .The third refers to the significance of setting up the construction of school culture. The fourth part refers to the challenging to build the school culture. The fifth part refers to the strategy   of the construction of modern culture. The sixth part is the end. The seventh part is the reference materials.
