中小学学校文化建设研究
摘要:学校文化是在学校发展历史过程中积累、积淀而形成的,教师和学生为主体的,全体师生员工所认同的价值观和自觉遵循的行为准则,是学校物质文化、制度文化、精神文化、师生文化的总和;学校文化的核心价值是以校风为代表的学校精神。学校文化建设是将学校全方位的充满文化的过程,它是一个循序渐进的动态的过程。

总结:本文在己有研究的基础上,运用定义、引用、分析、对比、例证的方法研究分析了当前中小学学校文化建设相关问题。通过调查发现当前中小学学校文化建设存在的主要问题是:学校教育中的文化缺失严重,具体表现为精神文化偏差严重、制度文化僵硬严重、文化建设重心失衡严重,进行中小学学校文化建设势在必行。中小学文化建设按照建设由外到内,由表层到深层的变化过程,内容包括学校物质文化建设、学校制度文化建设、学校精神文化建设、学校师生文化的建设,学校师生文化建设是从学校文化建设实施的主体上来说的。中小学学校文化建设中应遵循继承和创新原则、系统性原则、公平性原则、因地因校制宜原则、合理规划整体布局原则、以点带面边评边建原则来进行,后三个原则在区域学校文化建设中具有重要意义。
本文还以山东省T市中小学文化建设纪实为例对区域性学校文化建设途径进行了有益的探索,同时指出解决文化建设中瓶颈问题的途径是加强管理制度文化建设,对学校进行管理诊断。本文力图以区域的实践探索,为区域中小学学校文化建设提供有益的借鉴。中小学经过长期的文化建设,最终实现以校风为代表的学校精神,形成持久的、稳定的、有特色的学校文化,校园中处处体现着人与人、人与环境的和谐相处,形成和谐的校园氛围,在和谐的文化、和谐的校园中实现和谐的教育,从而让学校教育融入和谐社会之中,这也是中小学文化建设的最根本目的。
Abstract:School culture is gradually accumulated and formed during the historical process of the school development. With teachers and students as its part, it is both the value concept agreed on and the behavioral principle self-consciously-conducted by ail school members. It is also the total. of school material culture, system culture, spiritual culture and the teacher and student culture. The core value of school culture is the school spirit: The building of school culture is a persistent process of brimming school with culture at every level step by step.
On the basis of former research, this article, using the methods of definition, quotation, analysis, contrast and illustration, has analyzed the related questions in current school cultural construction of elementary and middle schools. Through investigation, the author discovered the main questions as follows: the serious deviation of spiritual culture, the serious stagnant in institutional culture and the serious imbalance in cultural building, hence the inevitability of the cultural construction in primary and secondary school. The cultural construction in primary and secondary school should be carried out from outside to inside, from the surface layer to in-depth layer. It consists of the school construction in material culture, institutional culture, spiritual culture and teacher-student culture. The cultural construction in primary and secondary school is supposed to follow inheritance and creativity principle, system principle to rationally plan and arrange as a whole, and the principle to construct from spot to area and to construct along with assessment. The latter three principles are of vital significance in school cultural construction. Apart from this, taking the cultural construction documentary in primary and secondary school in T City in Shandong Province for example, the thesis further studies the methods for school cultural construction in special region. Meanwhile, it points out the way to ease the bottleneck problem in cultural construction is to strengthen the control system cultural construction and carry on the diagnosis to school management. The thesis tries to supply the regional cultural construction with beneficial reference by further studying the practice in special region. After long-term cultural construction, primary and secondary schools will be equipped with a school spirit represented by the harmonious campus climate, a kind of lasting, stable and characteristic culture, in which exists the harmonious relationship among people, between human and atmosphere. Thus we can realize the harmonious education in harmonious culture on harmonious campus and let the schools integrate into the harmonious society, which is also the most primary purpose of the cultural construction in primary and secondary school.
