摘 要：文章通过对学习型学校特征以及教育领导概念和角色的分析，认为构建学习型学校的首要策略是树立学习型教育领导，如此可以使学校每个人在承担学校的责任上分享领导权力，实现对学校共同利益意识的承诺与尽责，唤起高绩效学校的共同愿景，充分发挥学校组织创新能力。同时探讨了在构建学习型学校过程中教育领导策略。

总结：1、关于学习型学校的研究硕果累累，笔者认为学习型学校强调的是一个有效能、能创新改变的学校，是以人为本的学习共同体。它具有三个方面的特征：首先，学校组织成员拥有共同的愿景和目标；其次，注重知行合一学习，注重创新改变和专业发展；最后，学校具有良好的组织学习文化和信任、真诚的人际氛围，一个能真正运用反思、探寻、倾听、对话、讨论等技能来共同学习的组织。

2、教育领导是一个超越个人、角色和行为的概念，它是属于教育组织内的任何一个人，包括教师、行政人员、家长和学生，都能参与领导的行动。

3、教育领导分为三类：教育行政领导、学校领导和教师领导；他们共同扮演着教育改革者、设计者和教育者的角色。

4、在构建学习型学校过程中，教育领导策略包括以下几个方面：

（1）建立延伸的领导概念，建构多水平的教育领导；

（2）教育领导者要确定角色意识，领导学校发展；

（3）教育领导者要建立清晰的共同愿景；

（4）建立分享反思的学校学习文化；

（5）建立高效能的学校组织结构，进行团队学习，促进专业发展；

（6）建立学习机制，使教育领导产生巨大的创造力。

An Analysis on the Role and Strategy of Educational Leadership in the Process of Constructing the Learning School

Abstract: Based on the analysis of feature of learning school and the concept and role of educational leadership，the paper proposes that primary strategy of constructing the learning school is to set up the learn—ing educational leadership so as to enable the individual to enjoy leadership while shouldering responsibility, and realize the pro- mise and the commitment towards the school’s mutual interest，awaken the shared vision of highly efficiently school，and develop the solidarity and creativity of the school fully．The paper also probes into the strategies as follows：to build extended leadership,and multi—level leadership; the leadership should confirm role consciousness,lead the development of school；the leader should hold a clear mutual vision;to cultivate participatory and reflevtive learning culture;to construct highly efficient group study,promote professional development;to construct study mechanism so as to make the leader have enormous creativity.
