中小学校长道德领导力研究
摘要:道德领导是当代西方教育管理学界颇具影响力的一种教育领导思想,自美国教育管理学家萨乔万尼提出以来,很快便受到西方教育领导研究界的关注,并在世界范围内产生了比较大的影响。近年来,随着学界和现实情境中对管理伦理的重视,教育界逐步将道德领导应用于学校文化管理中,成为学校管理发展的新趋势。
现阶段,随着我国教育事业的发展,教育规模不断扩大,教育结构日趋复杂,教育价值更加多元,实施道德领导,是学校领导本质的要求和体现。道德领导思想的提出拓展了传统的领导理念,批判了以科层化和人际技能为特点的领导实践,使我们更多的思考领导的道德维度,帮助促进人性化的学校管理,形成一种新的领导视野,对我国教育管理变革具有实践意义。实施道德领导,是提高中小学校长领导力的重要内容,能够帮助我们正确把握中小学校领导的本质内涵,同时也是改变中小学校领导的不良现状、解决中小学校管理存在问题,重塑学校精神的基本要求。
教育理论界针对校长的道德领导力也展开了深入讨论并形成了一些富有启示性的观点。本论文试图在这些研究观点的基础上对现代学校教育作为组织的特性进行分析,揭示现代学校管理中存在的不足,反思学校管理的现代性问题,并试图提出中小学校长道德领导力提升的策略与要求,以期完善关于校长道德领导力的研究。

总结:本论文主要研究校长的道德领导力,围绕这个概念,文章从以下四个方面对校长的道德领导力进行了阐述:
首先在第一部分回顾梳理了传统领导理论与领导内涵,并对道德领导的内涵进行了剖析;尔后在第二部分对中小学校组织特点及在中小学校实施道德领导的必要性进行了论述与分析。第三部分从四个方面对当前中小学校长道德领导能力缺失现状进行了阐述。文章最后提出提升中小学校长道德领导力的策略与要求。本论文主要的研究内容是中小学校长在日常教育教学管理中必不可少的一种领导能力,即所谓的道德领导力,它建立在道德、专业权威、学习共同体及领导替身的基础上,是我们借鉴西方管理模式,谋求中小学校有效领导方式的发展过程。
Abstract:The theory of moral leadership is the most influential leadership idea of education in the field of western contemporary educational management. Since Sergiovanni who is the American educational management expert put forward the theory, it has soon been the concern of the western educational leadership research community, and has made a great influence on the educational field in the world. In recent years, with the importance attached to the management ethics in the area o academy and reality, the theory of moral leadership has gradually been applied to the management of the school culture,which has become a new trend of the development of school management.
It is the present expanding educational scale,complicated educational structure and diverse educational values that make the implementation of the moral leadership be the essence of school administration. The thought of moral leadership extends the traditional concept of leadership, criticizes the practice of leadership characterized by bureaucratic and interpersonal skills, makes us think more about moral dimension of leadership, helps promoting human nature of school management, and forms a new leadership vision. It provides a pratical significance to the development of our country's educational management. Advocating the moral leadership is an vital aspect of improving the ability of leaders in primary school and middle school. Meanwhile, it can help us understand the essence of those two kinds of schools’ leadership.
Moreover, it is also the foundmental request of changing the bad situation of current school leadership, solving problems and reshaping school spirit in primary and middle school. Foucing on the president's moral leadership, the field of educational theory has discussed deeply and formed a series of views. Based on those views studied, this essay attempts to analyse the characteristics of modern school education, reveal its shortages and reflect the modernity of school management. Furthermore, the paper tries to put forward the requirements and strategies of president's leadership in the primary school as well as in the middle school, hoping to perfect the research of the moral leadership theory.
