学习型学校的校长领导研究
摘要:论文在对学习型学校的理念和特征进行分析和归纳的基础上,结合学校领导理论的研究成果,从应然的角度尝试对学习型学校这一新型学校组织模式中的校长领导进行探讨。

总结: 正文的第一部分以简要回顾学习型学校的兴起开始,论述了学习型学校的理念和特征,此部分将作为探讨论文主题的背景和根基而存在。
文章的第二部分为本论文的研究重点,也是论文的主要贡献所在。这一部分首先探讨学习型学校领导的含义,本文认为学习型学校的领导是综合了学校领导理论发展中领导者共同体领导观和建构主义领导观含义的领导。而校长领导被认为是学习型学校众多领导中的一种。学习型学校的校长应具有学校组织的设计者、愿景的仆人、组织成员的教师三种新角色;学习型学校的校长通过建立学校的共同愿景、营造学习型文化、创造学习环境、建立有效的组织学习机制、促进组织成员共享决策和自身的不断学习等行为来实现领导;新角色和不同与以往的领导行为要求校长具备新的素质,文章按照专业道德、专业知识和专业能力三方面分别表达了对新型校长素质的思考。
论文的第三部分针对现有校长领导关于建立愿景的困惑、校长负责制实施中的负面影响和现有校长管理制度的缺陷三方面的困境,认为要实现向学习型学校校长领导的转变需要校长个体和系统内力量的共同作用,并分别提出了相应的行动策略。
Abstract:Based on the analysis and summarize of the ideas and characteristics of learning schools, together with the works on the theory of School Leadership, the article discusses the lead of a learning school's principle, which is a new model of school organizations.
The first part of the article, which is regarded as the background and basis of the article's subject, briefly reviews the beginning and development of learning schools, and discusses the ideas and characteristics of learning schools. The second part of the article is the core as well as the main contribution of the article. The meaning of the lead in learning schools is firstly discussed in this part. In this article, the leadership of learning schools refers to the one that synthesizes both the concepts of lead existing in Leader Communities and Constructivist Lead that emerge among the theories of development on School Leadership. However, the principal lead is regarded as one of manifold kinds of lead in learning schools. The principal should act as the designer of school organization, the servant of vision and the teacher as the organization's member. He leads the school by setting up the shared vision of the learning school, building a learning culture,creating a learning environment, establishing an efficient learning system for the organization,and encouraging the organization's members to share decisions and keep on learning. The new roles and the leading that differs from what used to be require that the principals have new qualities which is discussed in the article in accord with professional ethics professional knowledge and professional abilities. According to the dilemma of the present principals' elude of how to set up the shared vision,the negative effects when carrying out the System of Overall Responsibility by Principal,and the defects of the principal management system, the third part of the article expounds that in order to transform into the principal lead of learning schools, it is necessary to integrate the forces from both the principal and the system, and offers some corresponding active tactics.
