学校发展的现实困境与可持续学校领导

摘 要:当前中小学的发展已经陷入可持续性不足的困境中,主要表现为学生的浅表性学习与厌学情绪弥散,校长、教师的应付性工作与教育热情隐退,学校之间的过度竞争与发展能量消耗,标准化要求与学校种群单一。突破这一困境需要我们确立一种可持续学校领导观。可持续学校领导观强调学习的深入性,追求领导的广泛性,关注领导的延续性,坚持领导的正义性,珍视教育生态的多样性。要将可持续领导从观念落到实践,需要我们构建起可持续学校领导系统、形成学校领导共同体,做好学校领导更替工作,并关注学校领导在纵向时间上的关联。

总结:1、提出可持续学校领导,源于现在中小学学校缺乏可持续发展能力,具体表现在以下几个方面:
(1)学生的浅表性学习与厌学情绪弥散;
(2)校长、教师的应付性工作与教育热情隐退;
(3)学校之间的过度竞争与发展能量消耗;
(4)教育教学的标准化要求与学校种群单一。
2、针对当前学校可持续发展能力不足的现实,教育研究者和实践工作者提出了各方面改进意见,笔者认为,作为一种新的学校领导观,可持续学校领导主要具有以下五方面特征:
(1)强调学习的深入性;
(2)追求领导的广泛性;
(3)关注领导的延续性;
(4)坚持领导的正义性;
(5)珍视教育生态的多样性。
3、践行可持续领导观念,首先应该做到:
(1)内外联通:构建可持续学校领导系统;
(2)上下分担:形成学校领导共同体;
(3)前后延续:做好学校领导更替工作;
(4)过去、现在、未来一体:关注学校领导的纵向关联。
The Predicament of School Development and Sustainable School Leadership

Abstract: At present, elementary anti secondary schools have let themselves into the predicament lacking capacities of lasting improvement. It presents to the superficial learning and school-weary emotion of students, the deprivation of work autonomy and job burnout of teachers, excessive competition and developing energy consumption, standardized requirement and the loss of school diversity. Sustainable school leadership is an important approach to overcome present predicament of school development. It emphasizes the depth of learning, pursues the width of leadership, pays close attention to the duration of leadership, insists the justice of leadership, and cherishes the diversity of education ecology. Considering the present practice, to put the concept of sustainable leadership into practice needs us to construct the system of sustainable school leadership to form a school leadership community, handle the work of leadership succession well and keep a watchful eye on the vertical relation of school leadership.
