中小学管理研究主题的变化分析
—以人大复印资料《中小学学校管理》为样本
摘要:基础教育的发展越来越重视中小学管理活动,中小学管理包括各项管理活动,比如:学校管理的各个环节、教育评价等。中小学学校管理研究作为基础研究的领域之一,对学校管理的发展有一定的借鉴意义。不同的角度进行分析有不同的研究价值,从中小学学校管理研究的主题变化进行分析有重要的理论与实践价值。纵观人类历史,社会的发展总离不开教育的进步。教育已经成为人类赖以生存与发展的必要。基础教育是一项伟大的建设工程,是提高民族素质,培养人才的重大工程之一。近几十年的教育改革与发展,其强度与实施力度是前所未有的。从理论到实践上的改革都是具有突破性的。从教育管理思想的研究到教育管理的各项实践活动,都是属于教育管理的研究范畴。在研究的范畴下,通过了解理论到实践的活动,使现有的管理水平得以提高,是研究的目的所在。

总结:中国人民大学复印资料《中小学学校管理》汇聚了各家学者的研究精髓,结合社会的热点与研究重点问题,始终将学校管理存在的问题与当前的社会实际相结合。以人大复印资料《中小学学校管理》为样本,根据19822010年栏目设置上的变化与文章数量上的变化,围绕其研究的几大主题,分析其主题变化的状况与变化的原因,从而预测其未来的变化趋势所在。以人大复印资料《中小学学校管理》一手文献资料作为样本进行分析,具有真实性。对于中小学学校管理的研究一直采用的辩证思维方法论,逻辑上贯通从思想理论到具体的实践进行分析,研究方法也是采用文献分析与内容分析的方法,以人大复印资料《中小学学校管理》研究的一级主题为主线,分别从中小学学校管理思想研究到中小学行政管理、学生管理以及教师教学管理研究的具体实践活动进行有效的分析,分析其主题的变化。

理的主题研究进行分类与统计,了解研究的各级主题分布情况,从而对人大复印资料《中小学学校管理》研究的主题进行详细的划分,以划分的一级主题为主线,
逐级分层进行研究,对其下分的二级、三级主题变化的情况进行分析探讨其变化
的原因所在。最后,梳理出其主题的变化轨迹所在,预测未来其主题研究的趋势听在。
Abstract:The development of basic education more and more pay attention to the management of primary and middle schools activities, including the management activities of school management. For example, school management and education evaluation. School management is an important link of management. As one of the fundamental research fields, the research of the management of primary and middle schools has reference significance to the overall development of school management. The study has different values due to the analysis and research from different aspects. There are important value of theory and practice on the research of the theme change of the primary and middle schools management. The stage of primary and middle schools as the basic learning stage. The existence of the school and the education development is the need of study of the management of primary and middle schools. Throughout human history, social development has a relation with the education progress. Education has become the necessary for human survival and development. Basic education is a great project. it is one of the project of national quality improvement and talent cultivation. In the past years, the reform and development of education‑ its intensity and executive strength of hitherto unknown. From the thought of education management to educational management practice with all around education management of a series of activities. In the area of the research, understanding the theory to the practice activities, the management level will be improved, which is the purpose of it.
Renmin University of China copies" management of primary and middle schools" including different essence of scholars. Combining with the social hot spots and key question of research, always focusing on current social problems and school management problems. The sample of the Renmin University of China copies 'management of primary and middle schools". statistical analysis the article from 1982 to 2010. Upon the analysis of the changes of the quantitative and column. around which the several research subjects, we could get the reason why there is increase and decrease of the theme changes of the primary and middle school research and get to know the track of the development and its possible change tendency. Renmin University of China copies "management of primary and middle schools" in one hand and literature data as samples for analysis has authenticity. The research of the school management has adopted the dialectical thinking methodology, logic analysis carry on the thought theory to concrete practice .With the theme of Renmin University of China copies ``management of primary and middle schools" as the main line, we analysis the theme changes from theory to practice, from primary and middle schools research on the management thought of school administration, student management and teaching management research practice.
According to the article of” management of primary and middle schools" statistic and analysis, what classification and statistics of the theme research for the management of primary and middle schools, in order to understand the research levels of subject distribution, and we could get the detailed division of the topic research of the Renmin University of China copies”management of primary and middle schools”.then we can system study the subj ect issue, in order to comb out the research of thoughts and better guide different practices. So around with the line of the first theme, thus under the second and the third level of the theme changes to explore the reason of the changes. At last, it will sort out track changes of the theme and predict its future theme change trend.
