摘 要：我国校长培训内容乏善可陈，需要改变。本文首先介绍由结构领导、人性领导、政治领导、文化领导和教育领导构成的学校领导五向度模式的来历;再从课程原理和追求优质学校教育的改革目标要求学校领导再造两个角度，进一步论述基于该模式建构校长培训课程的理据;最后阐述建基于该模式的校长培训内容体系的组成部分，供教师教育机构和培训者参考使用。

总结：1、学校领导的五向度指结构领导、人性领导、政治领导、文化领导和教育领导。

2、由于学校领导五向度模式适合作为我们开发校长培训课程所依凭的框架，另一方面，向校长讲授五向度领导理论是达到优质学校教育所需要，所以学校领导五向度模式为建构校长培训课程提供了一个适切的基础。

3、由于学校领导五向度模式为建构校长培训课程提供了一个适切的基础，所以建构基于学校领导五向度模式的校长培训内容体系具有理论和现实意义。建构基于学校领导五向度模式的校长培训内容体系具体做法有：

（1）重构对学校组织的理解；

（2）阐释理解学校的五个视角，即结构视角、人性视角、政治视角、文化视角和教育视角；

（3）改善领导实践

The Five一dimensional Model of School Leadership and the Principal Training

Abstract: Taken as a whole, what is delivered in the principal training is far from being satisfactory in current China. This paper introduces a five一dimensional model of school leadership, including structural, humane, political, cultural, and educational leadership. Further, this paper makes an analysis of reasons for constructing the principal training curriculum based on the leadership model. Finally, the constituents of the principal training content system founded on the model are discussed.
