摘 要:学校领导决策直接或间接影响学校教育活动的成败和效率。本文通过对公办学校校长决策过程的实证研究，探讨学校领导决策过程中所运用的领导决策模型的特点及存在问题，并分析其形成原因。根据决策主体的构成，文章将学校领导决策模型分为个体决策模型、团队决策模型(包括领导一顾问模型)以及参与式领导决策模型。无论是上述哪一种模型，领导决策在实质上都受到组织内外各种信息、因素以及人的意见的影响。学校领导决策要取得成效，必须建立在行动研究的基础上，因此，本文提出建立学校决策协作共同体行动模型的建议。

总结：1、试图探讨学校领导决策过程中所运用的领导决策模型主要有个体决策模型、团体决策模式以及参与式领导决策模型。

2、（1）个体决策模型中，领导者是第一也是唯一的真正意义上的行动者，其他人在决策过程中都没有主动权。个体决策模型是领导亲力亲为的决策行为，是由上至下的一种形式。

（2）团队决策存在着高层领导小组团队决策和教师团队决策两种形式，但学校领导更倾向于采取领导小组的决策。

（3）在参与式领导决策模型中，制度对领导者而言，已经不是简单地指组织结构体系，而是指复杂而抽象的组织文化，它不再是一种外在的约束，而是一种内在的认可。

3、笔者认为，领导决策主要针对的是复杂的问题，领导决策实质上都受到组织内外其他人员的建议和意见的影响。另外需要主要注意的是：学校领导决策中不可忽略的一个重要因素是行动力。领导决策需要通过领导者、决策参与者的行动制定方案并调整方案，领导者通过行动保证决策的执行。

Empirical Research of School Leadership Decision-Making Model

Abstract: School leaders' decision-making can directly or indirectly influence the efficiency and achievement of the school's education. This thesis discusses the features and existing problems of the decision -making model of leadership and analyzes the reasons through an empirical study on the public school principal's decision -making process. According to the composition of decision-making body, the article divides the school leadership decision-making model into individual decision-making model, the team decision-making model (including the leadership-consultant model), as well as participant-leader decision-making model. No matter what kind of model described above, leaders' decision -making, in essence, will be influenced by the inside and outside organizational information, factors and people's opinions. In order to make it effective, we must analyze problems based on the action research. Therefore, the article proposes the establishment of school decision-making action model of collaborative community.
