摘 要:社会转型背景下的当代中国学校管理改革，其内涵可以呈现为对学校变革力量的集聚、对学校管理价值的实现和对学校这一复杂系统的组织;学校管理的价值追求在于建设适应时代发展的新型学校;学校管理改革的核心在于学校管理主体的变革;学校管理改革的具体路径设计可以聚焦于研究型改革实践的

探索上。

总结：1、学校管理具有丰富的内涵，从不同的角度看，学校管理的内涵也不同：

（1）从力量的角度看，学校管理是对学校变革力量的集聚；

（2）从价值观的角度看，学校管理是对学校管理价值的实现；

（3）从过程的角度看，学校管理是对学校这一复杂系统的“组织”；

2、创办新型学校，在创新学校管理实践中，需要注意：

（1）学校管理改革需要关注学校教育中的人的变化；

（2）学校制度的变革是中位的目标，是实现深层次目标的重要保障；

（3）学校日常生活的变革，是最为艰难并且呈现为表现形态的任务。

3、学校管理改革不仅是一项具体工作的改变，而是学校管理改革思路的变革：

（1）我们要把学校管理者当“人”而不是“工具”看；

（2）学校管理必须开发学校发展的内在力量；

（3）当代中国学校管理改革需要形成一种自我更新的机制；

（4）最为重要的，则是改变学校管理者的思维方式与行为方式。

Thoughts on the Reform Trend of School Administration in

Modern China

Abstract: The reform of school administration in modern China mainly focuses on accumulating the school innovation energy, realizing the value of school administration and organizing the complex system of school. The aim of school administration is to construct a new school and the kernel of school administration reform is the self一renewal of school administrative personnel.  The innovation can be realized through the research一based practice.
