摘 要:学校管理行为困惑的关键在于其自身理论的缺失，而学校管理理论缺失的典型表现又源于其方法论研究的贫瘩。在这样的语境下，本文首先分析了学校管理方法论的核心问题—学校管理方法体系问题。将学校管理方法体系理解为横纵交错的系统，并重点对其中层进行了建构。认为学校管理方法体系的中层可从三个方面理解—中层范畴论、中层移植论和中层范式论。

总结：1、学校管理研究的困境主要有以下四个方面：

（1）学科群本身不成熟；

（2）研究方式陈旧，学科体系不够完善，未能形成自身富有逻辑的概念系统；

（3）对学校管理行为的本质和学校管理过程的本质认识还停留在现象层面上；

（4）未能形成科学有效的有关学校管理方法体系的理论研究，使学校管理方法表象地局限在“管理有法，又无定法”的模糊且难以操作的尴尬境地，鲜有学校管理方法论方面的研究。

2、学校管理方法体系包括三个层次，即高层的学校管理方法观层；中层的移植论、范畴论和范式论及低层的方法层及具体性的底层作法层：

（1）高层的学校管理方法层是学校管理行为的指导性层次，它具有前瞻性、全局性和指导性等特点；

（2）中层的范畴论、移植论和范式论是在主体型学校管理方法观的指导下，结合学校管理自身实际，运用系统分析、整合的原理加以构建的；

（3）学校管理方法体系的底层是具体操作性的作法层，它是对方法层中诸方法的具体演绎，其动态性更强，涵变性更大。

On School Management Methodology System

Abstract: The perplexity of the school authority in its behavior of management results primarily from its lack of the support of management theories, which in turn is attributed to its poor methodological research. This paper analyzes the essential problem of the management methodology-the school management methodology system. Taking school management methodology as a system constructed both vertically and horizontally, the paper focuses on construction of a middle-level theory thereon, arguing that the middle level of the school management methodology system consists of three aspects : the middle-level category theory, the middle-level transplant theory and the middle-level paradigm theory.
