摘要：近年来,美国中小学校长“走课”活动非常普遍。“走课”是校领导特别是校长到教室走访的一种形式,它不同于传统的听课活动,主要表现为时间较短;专注于学生的学而不是教师的教;是非评价性教学活动,对教师不具有威胁性等特点。对“走课”活动的借鉴将有助于我国中小学校长发挥教学领导角色。实施“走课”必须首先转变校长的管理理念,其次是教师与校长共同接受“走课”培训,最后是营造良好的“走课”氛围。

一、校长“走课”的内涵与程序

它类似于我国传统的听课活动,但又明显不同于听课,它有以下特点:1.时间较短。2.关注的焦点是学生的学,不同于传统的听课观察教师的教。3.不带有威胁性。

本文从以下三个方面概括美国校长“走课”的基本程序：1.事先预设“走课”焦点2.全方位的课堂观察和记录3.交流、反思与实践分享

二、借鉴“走课”的方法

（一）改变管理理念,从传统的校长角色中走出来第一,改变评教理念,从传统的听课理念中走出来。第二,改变行政理念,从传统的行政角色中走出来。

（二）接受必要的培训成功。实施“走课”必须对校长、教师进行培训。

（三）营造“走课’氛围.在以上问题解决以后就要营造一个“走课”氛围。

Study on the ”Classroom Walk一Throughs” of US School Principals

 Abstract ： In recent years, Classroom Walk-Throughs is very common among the principals of primary and secondary schools in America. Classroom Walk-Throughs is considered as an important approach to improve teaching quality. Classroom Walk-Throughs means that the leaders especially the principals visit the class. It is different from the traditional "class visiting", because it completes in a short time, and emphasizes learning rather than teaching, and it is not considered as evaluation.
