摘要:中小学师资质量是关乎未来教育教学成效的关键。教师培养的关键在于课程设置，美国中小学教师学历普遍达到研究生层次，在课程上重视基础课程，选修课课程设置广泛，课程内容更新及时，注重教育专业实践课程和教育实践。因此，针对我国课程设置的不足，在充分了解美国课程设置的特点的基础上，尝试构建适合我国研究生层次中小学教师的课程体系，对提高我国中小学师资质量有重要价值。

总结：

一、美国中小学师资培养课程结构美国中小学教师培养课程一般由通识教育课程、专业学术性课程和教育专业实践课程等三部分组成。

(一) 通识教育课程

通识教育课程一般包括哲学、自然科学、人文科学和社会科学等课程，大约为总课程的1 /3。

(二) 专业学术性课程

专业学术性课程为“准教师”提供将来所教科目的专业知识

(三) 教育专业实践课程

教育专业实践课程由教育专业知识课程和教育实践课程两方面组成，为教师与大学课程之间建立有意义的联系。教师培养不只是从实践中学到东西，而是经过一系列的精心准备，以实现培养高质量中小学教师的目的。

二、美国中小学师资培养课程设置的特点

课程设置是中小学师资培养中尤为重要的环节，直接涉及到教师培养质量的高低 体现教师养的目标和培养特色。美国中小学师资培养课程设置的特点如下。

(一) 教师教育课程的融合性

(三) 教师教育课程注重实践性

(四) 教师教育课程的灵活性

(五) 课程设置紧跟科技和社会发展的步伐，注前沿内容，注重研究方法

三、对我国中小学教师研究生层次课程设置的启示

(一) 关注课程的整体性，重视基础课程和综合课程，增加选修课

(二) 重视教育专业实践课程，理论联系实践，开展大学与中小学合作发展

(三) 尝试构建适合我国的研究生层次的中小学教师课程体系

Characteristics and Enlightenment of American Primary and Secondary School Teachers Training Curriculum

Abstract: The quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools is the demand of the times，is the key to the future of teaching． The curriculum setting is the key point of teacher training． The qualifications of American primary and secondary school teachers generally reach the graduate level and they put emphasis on basic courses in the curriculum，with the wide-ranging set of elective courses， course content is updated in a timely manner，and focus on the education of professional practice courses and educational practice． Therefore，after fully understanding the characteristics of the American curriculum，thanks to the lack of our curriculum setting，it is proposed the curriculum system of graduate level in primary and secondary school teachers in China should be constructed，which will play a vital role in promoting the quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools．
