我国村级小学面临的困境与对策分析

摘 要:分析了现阶段我国村级小学面临的困境:在校学生逐年减少,办学规模日趋萎缩;教师素质不高;办学条件差等。提出了:调整农村小学布局;加强村级小学师资队伍建设;以政府投入为主,改善村级小学办学条件。以此提高办学效益和教学质量,使村级小学走出目前的困境。

(一)村级小学在校学生逐年减少,办学规模日趋萎缩

1.教师的业务水平不高,教育、教学观念落后
2.教师工作负担重,但责任心不强。
(三)村级小学办学条件差
尽管近20 年来中国乡村教育的办学条件有了很大的改观,但与需求相比,还差得比较远,乡村教育经费不足的压力越来越大了;信息社会把原本就落后的乡村办学条件再一次向后抛得比历史上任何时候的距离都远[4]。但由于对农村教育经费投入的不足,村级小学的办学条件依然不容乐观。
二、村级小学走出困境的相应对策
(一) 调整农村小学布局,提高办学效益
(二)加强村级小学师资队伍建设
1.提高乡村教师的地位和待遇,保证村小师资队伍稳定和扩充。
2.提高村小教师的整体素质

Abstract: At present, primary schools located in the villages is in trouble: The number of students is becoming less, the scale of running schools is withering; teachers’ qualities is low; Conditions for running schools are terrible .To improve benefits and qualities and make it get rid of trouble, we must tackle these problems by readjusting rural elementary schools' distribution; by strengthening teachers ' quantities qualities; by investing more into rural education, especially primary schools located in the villages.
