练, 加强教育实践环节, 这是提高小学教师教育质量的关键所在。

总结：

由于目前尚处于实践探索阶段, 缺乏经验, 在小学教师培养方面还存在一些不容忽视的问题。因此, 分析小学教师培养的现状, 研究如何在高等教育体系内, 根据小学教师的专业特性, 创新小学教师培养模式, 培养适应小学教育需要的高素质师资, 在当前具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。

1.分析小学教师培养现状: 探索小学教师培养模式的现实需要

近年来, 随着教师教育体系的开放, 一些高等院校也参与到培养中小学教师的行列, 但由于缺乏培养小学教师的经验, 没有建立和形成具有小学教育专业特性的课程体系和小学教师文化; 有些高师院校仍然按照培养中学教师的模式来培养小学教师, 出现了“中学教师化”的偏向。一些地方出现了“小学教师的学历整体提高了, 专业化水平反而下降”的尴尬局面

2．明确小学教师专业特性: 构建小学教师培养模式的逻辑起点

小学教育虽然也是基础教育, 但与中学教育有不同的特点; 小学教师虽然也是教师, 但与中学教师有不同的专业特性。因此, 在分析小学教师培养现状的基础上, 弄清楚小学教育的特点和小学教师的专业特性, 是小学教师教育的前提, 是构建小学教师培养模式的逻辑起点

（1）小学生的依赖性和向师性, 对小学教师专业情意的要求更为鲜明

（2）小学教育的趣味性和艺术性, 对小学教师专业技能的要求更为全面

（3）小学教育的基础性和全面性, 对小学教师专业知识的要求更为综合

3.创新小学教师培养模式: 提高小学教师教育质量的关键所在

根据小学教育的特点及其对小学教师的要求, 积极吸收和借鉴传统中等师范教育的丰富经验, 重点在三个方面推进小学教师培养过程模式的创新, 即坚持全科综合培养, 注重专业技能训练, 加强教育实践环节, 这是提高小学教师教育质量的关键所在。

Reflection on the Model of Elementary School Teacher Education

Abstract: The exploration of the model of elementary school teacher education starts with the analysis of its p resent situation and problems. The exp licit exposition of the

 professional characteristics of elementary school teachers is the logical starting point to construct the model of elementary school teacher education. To bring forth new ideas into the model, the educators should adhere to the comprehensive method, emphasize the training of teaching skills and reinforce teaching practice. These are keys to imp rove the quality of elementary school teacher education.
