摘要: 我国小学教师培养路径的现代特征表现为: 培养实施主体已逐步改变; 培养要求已发生较大变化; 就业环境与方式的影响逐步凸显; 高师院校小学教师培养工作尚处于起步阶段。以“适应+ 引领”为特征的本专科层次小学教师培养模式包括培养目标的科学定位、专业的重新划分及课程体系的有效构建。培养过程中应予以重视并加以解决的两个突出问题则是: 必须高度重视高师院校自身的教师队伍建设; 必须重视学生自我教育的意识与能力培养。

总结：

一、我国小学教师培养路径的现代特征

分析小学教师培养路径的特征, 是我国小学教师培养模式建构的基础性工作。笔者认为, 我国小学教师培养路径的现代特征可概括为以下四个方面:

(一) 培养的实施主体已逐步改变

(二) 培养要求已发生较大变化

(三) 就业环境与方式的影响逐步凸显。

(四) 高师院校小学教师培养工作尚处于起步阶段。

二、构建以“适应+ 引领”为特征的本专科层次小学教师培养模式

所谓“适应+ 引领”, 指通过相应体系或机制的建立与逐步完善, 使小学教师培养的质量适应当今和未来小学教育教学的需要, 同时引领我国小学教师队伍建设的方向。

(一) 培养目标。本专科层次小学教师培养目标的确定应主要依据于《高等教育法》对高校学生的基本要求、《教师法》对教师性质的定位以及小学教育的改革与发展需要, 具体拟体现在四个层面:( 1) 专业者。( 2) 学习者。(3)研究者。( 4) 服务者。

(二)专业划分。宜在小学教育的总目录下, 具体分化为九个方向, 即语文、数学、外语、音乐、体育、美术、计算机、科学、管理, 其中管理方向可兼顾思想品德教学, 美术方向兼顾手工教学。

(三) 课程体系。设置的总体原则是: (1)明确学科方向, 而不是面面俱到, 浅尝辄止。(2)强调知识与技能并重(3)有利于不断提升就业竞争力

三、本专科层次小学教师培养过程中应予以重视并加以解决的两个突出问题

(一) 必须高度重视高师院校自身的教师队伍建设。

(二) 重视学生自我教育的意识与能力培养

Abstract: Modern characteristics of cultivating way of primary- school teachers in China is manifested as the gradual change of cultivation and implementation of subjects, the great change of cultivating requirement, the gradual prominence of employment environment and mode influence and the starting stage for cultivating primary- school teachers in normal college. The cultivating mode for primary- school teachers at three- & four- year college levels characterized by” adaptation plus guidance” include the scientific orientation of cultivating goal, the restructure of specialties and the effective construction of curriculum system. The two obvious problems in cultivating that should be taken into account and solved are as follows: the great importance attached to constructing the teaching staff itself in university and to developing the consciousness and the ability of self education of students.
