摘要：我国未来教师教育发展需要建立教师质量建设中各个环节的标准。招生环节是保障教师培养质量的一个重要前提；从培养环节来看，教师教育课程标准、教师教学能力标准、师范生实习的实践标准都可以起到培养环节的质量保障的作用，同时还可以通过教师教育机构认证标准和教师教育质量评估标准保障条件与结果的质量；从入职环节来看，通过教师资格考试、教师资格执照证书保障教师入职质量；从持续专业发展角度来看，把教师职称标准、荣誉标准、教师绩效工资标准、教师资格标准更新等融合为一体，保障教师持续专业发展的质量，从而使教师教育的每个环节都有质量保障，最终以教师教育标准建立完整的教师教育质量保障体系。

总结：

从20 世纪80 年代开始，世界各国纷纷制定教师教育标准作为教师教育改革和保障教师教育质量的一个基本前提，教师教育标准化已经成为国际教师教育改革的基本趋势，是现代教师教育制度的基本内容。而在中国，伴随着经济社会各领域的转型，教师教育在高等教育的大众化和精英化两种力量的推动下也发生了急剧变革和转型，但这种变革和转型明显地暴露出无法满足基础教育改革的需要的窘境，实质是教师质量、教学有效性得不到保障，因而教师教育标准体系建立呼之欲出

一、现代大学的教师教育专业招生标准体系的建立

必须建立基本标准，一方面提升三本和地方院校的办学水平，另一方面把教师招生的基准提升到二本，再附之以高中会考总成绩在良好以上，这样就能保证教师培养的招生环节质量。现代大学的师范生招生标准体系的建立应该建立四个标准，即教师培养必须在现代大学，高中会考成绩良好以上，达到高考分数二本线，以及教

师教育专业报考面试成绩合格，而面试主要测试基本技能，即三字一话和心理测试

二、现代大学的教师教育专业学院的机构资质认证标准体系的建立

现代大学的教师教育专业学院必须建立机构资质认证标准，并以此为基础构建以现代大学的专业学院为组织机构的教师教育学院体系。教师教育作为现代大学的专业教育的一个重要组成也要受制于整个高等教育的质量保证体系，而高等教育质量认证是一个全球性问题。

三、现代大学教师教育专业设置的教师专业发展标准和教师教育课程标准体系的建立

现代大学教师教育专业设置要以教师专业发展标准和教师教育课程标准为基础，是指现代大学教育学院等作为专业学院的教师教育（专业）项目设计要以教师专业标准和教师教育课程标准为基础设置教师培养课程，具体包括：教师专业标准、教师教育课程标准和教师教育项目或专业。

首先，要重建教师教育专业。重建的方向在于改变以学科为模式的师范教育专业为学段为基础的幼儿、小学、中学、特殊教师教育专业；其次，重构教师教育专业的课程和教学体系与教师专业标准和教师教育课程标准的逻辑关系。

四、现代大学教师培养的教学能力标准体系的建立

现代大学教师培养必须以教师的教学能力标准为基础，为此现代大学要基于教学能力标准来重建教师培养过程中的课堂教学模式。

五、现代大学教师培养的教育教学实践标准体系的建立

首先，需要建立师范生教学实践标准。

其次，建立师范生教学实践机构标准

再次，建立师范生教学实践的指导教师标准

六、师范生就业的专业编制标准体系的建立

七、三权分离管理模式的教师资格标准体系的建立

八、教师培养和培训一体化的培训机构资质标准和教师专业发展层级标准体系的建立

九、教师专业发展的职称、荣誉、绩效工资、教师资格更新标准体系的建立

Abstract：The development of teacher education in the future in China need to establish the standards of all aspects in the construction of teacher education quality.
