摘要：包容型教育领导是当代成人教育和成人学校的发展所需要的一种特殊风格的领导方式，它是一种兼容并蓄、和谐有序的学校领导方式，有利于促进成人教育机构发展。包容型教育领导文化的构建是成人教育管理理论中领导方式转变的依据和促进成人学校发展的重要思路，把包容型教育领导作为成人学校文化构建的重要内容对成人教育和成人学校的发展具有重要价值。

关键词：包容型；教育领导；成人学校文化

总结：1.包容型教育领导是一种兼容并蓄、和谐有序的领导方式。

2.包容型教育领导视域下成人学校文化的构建，有助于解决长期以来校长负责制所造成的校长工作繁重，学校组织管理刻板，学校组织成员积极性低等一系列问题。

3.包容型教育领导视域下成人学校文化构建策略主要有：注重和谐人际关系的培养、注重个人的自主发展、注重合作型文化的培养、注重成人学校能力的提升。

The Construction of Adult School Culture from the Perspective of Inclusive Educational Leadership

Abstract:Inclusive type of educational leadership is a special style of leadership which is the need of the development of contemporary adult education and adult school，it is a inclusive，harmonious and or-deny school leadership，which is helpful to promote the development of adult education institutions.Building inclusive leadership culture is the basis to change the way of leading of adult education management theory and the critical thinking to promote the development of adult schools，which has an important value to the development of adult education and adult school to take the inclusive educational leadership as an important content as the construction of adult school culture.
