摘  要：当前教育家办学存在语义上的模糊与分歧，实际它的内涵包括教育理论家办学和一线教师办学双重蕴义，既彰显中国传统，又体现现代理念，二者对立统一。理解这一双重内涵有利于更好地观照现实，给现实教育实践以启示。

总结：1、当前教育家办学内涵分歧首先便表现在对教育家概念界定的混乱上，多数论者在提及教育家的时候，通常把教育家看成一种完成的状态，而不将其看

成一个内在成长的过程。

2、解决当前教育家办学认识上的分歧，我们要看到教育家办学其实具有双重内涵，而且正是这种双重内涵使它获得了普遍认同。其具体表现在：

（1）教育家办学应当彰显中国传统；

（2）教育家办学应体现现代理念。

3、明晰了教育家办学的双重内涵，有利于我们在理解教育家办学理念时更好地有的放矢。教育家办学的双重内涵也要求我们既要照顾到既有教育学家参与实践的热情，也要创造良好的制度环境来让基层教师成长为教育家。

Analysis and Enlightenment of the Content of“school—running by

Professional Educators”

Abstract：Nowadays, the school—running by professional educators exist the fuzzy and ambiguity in semantic. In fact, it is has two aspects, the school—running by professional educators and the school—running by common teachers. This viewpoint reveals the Chinese traditional and western philosophy. Understand ding the content of this viewpoint can give enlightenment to the education practice.
