摘  要：“教育家办学”是温家宝总理2003 年首次提出的教育命题，此后又以中央文件的形式上升到了国家战略的高度。“教育家办学”是对教师专业发展提出的更高要求，不但针对个体教育，同时更加明确了校长应将成长为教育家作为自己的职业理想与人生追求。积极培养社会主义教育家，坚持把国家和民族的教育事业交给社会主义教育家，这些都离不开科学的制度支持以及宽松的办学环境和有效的评价考核机制。

关键词：教育家；教育家办学

总结：1、倡导“教育家办学”，是利教利国利民的真知灼见。时代呼唤杰出的教育家，校长完全有可能成长为教育家。其原因在于：

（1）“教育家办学”遵循了“以人为本”的办学规律；

（2）“教育家办学”是对教师专业发展提出的时代要求；

（3）“教育家办学”明确了校长应将成长为教育家作为职业理想。

2、要有效引导校长这一爱教兴教的主体顺利成长为引领教育事业可持续发展的教育家，要真正确保“教育家办学”这一时代命题产生重大而深刻的现实意义与时代价值，全社会必须高度重视，共同努力，积极探索，具有可以从以下几个方面努力：

（1）要强化建立教育功业的使命意识；

（2）要提供“教育家办学”的制度保障；

（3）要营造“教育家办学”的良好氛围；

（4）要形成科学的教育督导评价制度；

（5）要创新校长选拔机制。

Reflections on “school educators”
