——以《教师领导力》课程建构为例

摘要：探索以课程教学形式对本科师范生的教师领导力素养进行专门培养和锻炼，既顺应了教师教育改革的国际趋势，也迎应了社会对高素质教师的时代需求。面向本科师范生的《教师领导力》课程即以“教师人人都是领导者”为核心理念，旨在为教师领导力的持续发展奠基，课程内容包括道德领导力、课程与教学领导力、班级领导力、专业发展领导力等。

总结：20世纪80年代以来，随着领导力理论的发展和社会各界对领导力的重视，英、美、加、澳等西方国家先后提出“教师成为领导者”的教师教育理念，中小学教师领导力培育作为新的教师发展观受到极大关注。中国大陆教育学界也从研究以校长为核心的学校管理层的领导力进一步拓展到涵盖全体教师在内的教师领导力，对教师领导力的内涵、性质、构成要素、表现形式、实现条件、培育策略等问题的探讨逐渐深入。本文即以《教师领导力》课程建构为例，阐述本科师范生教师领导力素养培育的意涵、目标及内容。课程理念是教师人人都是领导者，课程目标是为教师领导力的持续发展奠基，课程内容包括道德领导力培养、课程与教学领导力培养、 班级领导力培养和自我与同僚的专业发展领导力培养。总之，通过《教师领导力》课程来加强对师范生的教师领导力的培养，旨在让师范生在职前教育阶段即能够通过课程学习而体验、锻炼和提高未来作为学校教育共同体成员的责任意识、团队意识、教育服务意识及相应的教育能力，成为具有先进教育理念、价值观念和学生发展、教师专业发展与学校发展影响力的新型教师，为师范生未来的教师专业发展奠基。

A Preliminary Study on Leadership Training of Undergraduate

Pre-service Teachers

—Exemplified with Curriculum Construction of Teacher Leadership

Abstract: Training and exercise of leadership for undergraduate pre-service teachers with a special curriculum complies with the international trend of teacher education reform and the current demand of high-quality teachers．This curriculum，leadership of teachers，is based on the key concept of “Every Teacher is Potentially a Leader” and intends to provide the foundation for sustainable development of teacher leadership．Its content includes moral leadership，leadership of curriculum and instruction，of class，and of professional development．
