总结:1、学校管理文化是指学校在长期的发展过程中把学校内部全体成员结合在一起的行为方式、价值标准和道德规范。

2、学校管理文化对师生员工的影响和作用不是硬性的、直接的，而是通过渗透扩张潜移默化影响。

3、学校管理文化具有引导，聚焦，约束，开发和辐射功能。

4、管理文化的特征有：

（1）以形成共同价值观为管理核心；

（2）以促进发展为管理目标；

（3）以“人本”为管理理念；

（4）以互相尊重为管理方式；

5、学校管理文化具有五项内容，即理念文化，制度文化，策略文化，物态文化和网络文化。

6、管理文化理论对当前学校管理的几点启示:

(1) 校长角色的变迁;

(2) 师生双主体作用的凸显;

(3) 管理策略的选择；

(4) 管理机制的更新；

(5) 学校文化的熏陶。
