论学校和谐管理模式的构建

摘要:学校和谐管理模式是指由有利于实现学校和谐发展的学校管理系统各个要素构成的充满生机与活力的组合方式。构建学校和谐管理模式需要做到五方面:和谐的学校管理目标:培养出和谐发展的学生,关怀教师的生命成长;和谐的学校管理过程:强化尊重和理解,融入人文关怀;和谐的学校管理方式:发挥各类人员的主体性,引导教师自我管理;和谐的学校组织文化:强调价值观领导,构建学校共同愿景;和谐的学校领导者品质:提高综合素养,体现人格魅力。

On the Construction of the Model of Harmonious School Management

Abstract: The model of harmonious school management is a combination of vigor and vitality composition of the various elements which helps to realize the school harmonious development. Constructing the school harmonious management model needs to be done in five areas: harmonious school management objectives: cultivating harmonious development of students,caring teachers’life growth; harmonious school management process: strengthening respect and understanding,merging with humanistic concerns; harmonious school management manners: enhancing subjectivity of various sorts of personnel,guiding teachers’self一management; harmonious school organizational culture: focusing on the leadership of value orientation,constructing schools’shared vision; harmonious quality of school leaders: improving their overall literacy,embodying the charm of personality.
