摘要:将战略管理思想引入学校管理，能使学校站在战略发展和战略规划的高度来对学校管理运筹帷握，从而实现学校管理目标的高效率化。从分析战略管理思想的内涵，学校战略管理的特征、方式，来研究战略管理思想在学校管理中的具体运用，特别是怎样运用SW ORT分析方法进行学校战略管理与规划，具有重要而现实的意义。

关键词:战略管理思想;学校管理;SWORT分析

总结:1.学校战略管理思想是对学校的教育教学活动实行的总体性管理，是学校制定和实施战略的一系列管理决策与行动。

2.学校战略管理思想的特征有全局性、谋略性、协调性以及激励性。

3.学校战略管理思想由战略分析、战略选择、战略实施三个要素组成。

（1）战略分析包括对外部环境、内部资源以及内外均衡分析。

（2）战略选择的过程包括形成战略思想、评价战略思想、择优战略思想。

（3）战略实施有3个相互联系的重要环节：一是战略操作化；二是战略制度化；三是战略控制化。

4. 战略管理思想在学校管理中的运用有:

(1) 改变领导者和管理者的思维方式。

（2）加强领导者和管理者的责任感。

（3）提高学校工作绩效。

On Exercising the Thought of Strategic Management in the

Management of Schools

Abstract: Exercising the thought of strategic management in the management of schools can enable the school to operate its management with a view to its strategic development and planning so as to reach the goal of high efficiency of school management. To make a study of exercising the strategic management in the process of school management with regard  to an analysis of connotation of the thou沙t of strategic management and the characteristics and ways of strategic management of schools  and particularly to use the SWORT method in strategic management and planning are of important and realistic significance
