摘要:在知识经济条件下，伴随着教育与管理系统的全面重构，学校管理变革乃大势所趋。本文在宏现背景审视的基础上，具体分析了学校管理在新形势下面临的困惑与发展的超势，以新的范畴观、组织观、过程观、职能观、动力观、发展观、领导观等七个方面为视角，全方位地推演出知识经济时代学校管理观的基本图景。

关键词:学校管理;背景特征;发展趋势;管理观构建

总结:1.同传统的工业社会相比，新的学习型社会形态呈现出以下几个时代特征:

(1)社会价值化和主体化;

(2)社会知识化和信息化;

(3)社会学习化和教育终身化;

(4)社会发展的持续化和转移式;

(5)体系的变革性和创新性;

2.我国学校管理自身面临的现实困境以及蕴涵的发展趋势有:

(1)社会基础的变迁从根本上动摇了传统学校管理生存的基础;

(2)理论基石的嫂变与危机引发了学校管理对自身理论重构的思考;

(3)学校组织自身的特殊性要求学校管理在目标与方式上迅速作出适应性变革;

(4)管理的权变本性要求学校管理一在急速的情境转换中调整其运行机制.

3.本文从以下几个维度对新形势下学校管理观念进行探索:

(1)人性管理:学校管理的新范畴(价值)观;

(2)学习组织:学校管理的新组织观;

(3)开放与民主:学校管理的新过程观;

(4)服务性:学校管理的新职能观;

(5)创新性:学校管理的新动力观;

(6)可持续性(可转换式):学校管理的

(7)新发展观. 多角色性:学校管理的新领导观.

The building of new school management concept in the era of knowledge economy

Abstract: Under the condition of knowledge economy, with the overall rebuilding of educational and management system, the reform of school management will be a trend. On the basis of macroscopic background examining, this article analyses in details the perplexity and developing trend of school management under this new condition. With the new concepts of category, organization, process, function, dynamics, development and leadership, it deduces from all aspects the basic prospect of school management concept in the era of knowledge economy.
