摘  要：当前台湾公立中小学候用校长遴选考试制度包括资格审查、初试、复试三个阶段，优秀者得以选拔成为公立中小学校长之高素质、专业化的后备力量。鉴于此，大陆可考虑适当提高新任中小学校长的学历要求，完善他们的专业智能结构，并可试点考试建立中小学校长准入制度。

关键词：台湾；公立中小学候用校长；遴选；考试

总结：1、台湾对中小学候用校长的遴选资格有总体的明文规定，而各县市则根据自身的实际情况，再订立各自的遴选标准。具体包括四个方面：（1）学历资格与教育资历；（2）积分；（3）弱势群体申请者的照顾；（4）消极条件。

2、台湾公立中小学候用校长的初试具有：试题的专业化程度很强以及考试与学校类型密切相关的特点。

3、台湾公立中小学候用校长的复试主要是进行口试，其包括口试评分、口试领域以及口试特色三个阶段。其中口试遴选委员会在口试中体现出如下特色：（1）.遴选委员询问的次数悬殊；（2）遴选委员询问的内容广泛；（3）遴选委员询问的问题与自身结构相关；（4）遴选委员讨论的内容体现多样化规准。4、台湾公立中小学候用校长遴选考试给我们带来了许多其实启示，具体可以包括为以下几个方面：（1）适当提高新任中小学校长的学历要求；（2）完善新任中小学校长的专业智能结构；（3）谨慎论证新任中小学校长任职资格考试的可行性。

Selection of the public primary and middle school principals in Taiwan

Abstract: The selection of the public primary and middle school principals in Taiwan include qualification examination, prelim and second examination. Those who succeed become there serves. The writer of this paper claims that the mainland may as well raise the level of diploma for new primary and middle. School principals to establish the access system through examination.
