摘要:学习型组织理论是二十世纪90年代兴起的一种全新的管理理论。彼得·圣吉提出了修炼学习型组织的模式:自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同愿景、团队学习、系统思考。社会的发展，学校管理中存在的弊端以及当前学校教育的特点决定了学校管理走向学习型组织是一种必然趋势。学校管理中运用学习型组织理论，可以从转变思想观念、树立学习型组织理念，变“适应性学习”为创造性学习—建立学校组织的共同愿景，清除学习型组织的阻碍—习惯性防卫，提供支持的环境、营造良好的氛围，深刻领悟学习型组织的真谛—活出生命的意义等五个方面做起。

关键词:学习型组织;学校管理;管理理念;运用

总结：1、学校管理的必然趋向是构建学习型组织，学校管理走向学习型组织是社会发展的必然结果。这是因为：

（1）现代社会进入以知识经济为主旋律的新时代；

（2）现代社会进入了工作观念大转变的新世纪；

（3）现代社会进入崇尚终身教育的新世纪。

2、当前的学校管理存在以下几方面的弊端:

（1）重机构、重权力、重章法而不重视人的个性发展与自我实现。

（2）重计划，而忽视动态系统。

（3）重绩效，而缺乏长远规划。基于此，学校管理迈向学习型组织是当前学校管理改革的客观要求。

3、学习型组织理论在学校管理中的运用有：

（1）转变思想观念，树立学习型组织理念。

（2）校长要转变角色认知。在学习型组织中，校长要为组织注入活水就必须扮演好设计师、仆人和教师的角色。

（3）变“适应性学习”为“创造性学习”建立学校组织的共同愿景。

（4）清除学习型组织阻碍—“习惯性防卫”。

（5）提供支持的环境，营造良好的氛围。

（6）深刻领悟学习型组织的真谛的意义活出生命。

Study-Model-Organization and School Management

Abstract: The theory of study-model-organization is a new theory of management advanced in the 90s of the twentieth century. Peter M.Senge put forward the model of the study-model-organization for the improvement of mind: transcending oneself, improving-mind model, establishing the common object, collective study，systematic thinking .With social development，the drawback in school management and the characters of the present school education decide the inevitable developing from school management to study-model-organization. The application of study-model-organization theory to school management can change one' s mind, form the logical thinking of study-model-organization; turn “passive study" into creative study, establish the common object of the school organization; remove customary defence, the block of study-model-organization provide the supporing environment, create good atmosphere; understand the truth of the study-model-organization profoundly so as to lead a meaningful life.
