摘  要: 教育家办学已成为当前教育领域重要的命题和十分热门的话题，文章正确界定教育家办学的基本特征，从以传统文化缺失的角度，分析认清影响教育家办学的主要因素，提出营造培育教育家办学的环境与氛围的有效措施，旨在推动形成教育家办学的良性发展机制。

关键词: 教育家办学; 教育家精神; 环境; 氛围

总结：1、教育家办学，应当要有以下四个方面的特征：（1）视教育为一辈子的事业和信念；（2）视教育为一辈子的志向和追求；（3）视教育为一辈子的责任和担当；（4）视教育为一辈子的专业和奉献。

2、在传统文化缺失的影响下，教育家办学仍在理论与实践的十字路口徘徊，其因素主要为以下四方面:（1）在传统文化影响下，缺乏教育家办学的发展环境和氛围；（2）学校管理过于行政化，缺乏教育家办学的发展空间和土壤；（3）受多种"指挥棒、的压力，校长缺乏教育家精神办学的创意和动力；（4）缺乏具体政策措施的导向，难以形成教育家办学的发展机制。

3、中小学校的教育家在学校里，中小学校的教育家在课堂里，中小学校的教育家就在我们的身旁，从营造和形成教育家办学的土壤和环境上，提出下列四个方面的建议:（1）不宜求全责备，营造文化包容；（2）遵循规律办学，打造特色品牌；（3）发掘典型案例，培育发展机制；（4）利用优质资源，培养优秀后备校长。

Thoughts on the Environment and Atmosphere of Educators to Run School

Abstract: School educators in the field of education has become a very important proposition and a hot topic, the basic characteristics of school educators article correctly defined, from the perspective of traditional culture is missing, analyzes the main factors affecting educators recognize schools proposed to create a nurturing educational effective measures to home school environment and atmosphere, and to promote the healthy development of the mechanism of the formation of school educators.
