摘  要：倡导教育家办学既是遵循教育规律的客观需求，也是我国建设人力资源强国的现实需要。当前，我国教育改革与发展已经进入到核心领域，必定会走进教育家主导的时代。在多种要素、利益、问题交织在一起的复杂世界里，教育家的成长和教育家群体的崛起需要国家进一步提高教师地位。改善教师待遇，推动全社会尊师重教，让教师成为受人尊重的职业；要为教育家办学提供制度保障，创造良好的环境，为促进教育家成长增添动力。

关键词：教育改革与发展；教育家；教育家办学

总结：1、教育家办学之所以成为一个引起广泛反响的命题，在于倡导教育家办学具有时代的必要性。教育家办学是回归教育本质。教育家办学实质上就是按教育规律办事，遵循人才成长规律和科学育人规律。

2、教育家办学是建设人力资源强国的现实需要。其具有极强的现实意义，原因在于：（1）实现教育大国向教育强国的转变、建设人力资源强国需要教育家办学；（2）实现从能上学到上好学的转变需要教育家办学；（3）实现从千校一面到学校特色发展的转变需要教育家办学。

3、教育家是教育人才专业发展的最高阶段，是教育改革创新催生下的产物，但教育家的成长关键要靠自身的努力。因此，教育家是有理想、有激情、有实践、有

成就的高素质专业化人才。

4、要实现教育家办学，首先要培养和造就大批教育家；关键在于：（1）发扬光大中国特色的培养制度；（2）创新制度并形成地方经验。

5、要真正推动教育家办学，需要综合各方面因素，明确以下几点：（1）经济环境宽裕使教育家安心从教；（2）政治环境宽松使教育家专心从教；（3）用人制度灵活使教育家终身从教；（4）社会环境宽容使教育家能够竞相开放；（5）倡导教育理论联系实际；（6）推行发展性评价。

Abstract: School educators advocate both objective needs to follow the law of education, but also build strong human resources of practical needs. At present, China's education reform and development has entered the core areas will certainly went educator-led era. In a variety of factors, interests, issues are intertwined complex world, the rise of groups of educators and educators need to grow further improve the status of teachers countries. Improve the treatment of teachers, the whole society respect for teachers, for teachers to become a respected profession; educators to provide an institutional guarantee for the school to create a favorable environment for the growth of educators to promote further impetus.
