 让懂得教育的教育家办学

顾明远

  要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》倡导“教育家办学”,其根本目的在于让全社会树立起尊师重教的观念,让办学者认识到教育的规律性和教师的专业性。笔者的观点是让懂得教育的教育家办学,这样的教育家才能按照教育规律办教育,而不会出现反教育行为。当然,前提是如何成为教育家?首先应达到两个要求,一是要正确认识教师的职业特点,教育活动是一项复杂的脑力劳动,具有极大的创造性、灵活性、示范性和长效性,教师的工作就是塑造人的灵魂;二是要更新教育观念,没有爱就没有教育,没有兴趣就没有学习。所以,必须尊重学生的人格,把学习的选择权还给学生,因此,必须改革人才培养模式。我们不要把教育家的标准定得太高,凡是长期从事教育工作,有成熟的教育经验,有自己独立的教育思想,能够按照教育规律办教育,并为教师所公认者,都可称为“教育家”。

总结:1、提倡教育家办学至少有两方面的意义。第一:让全社会树立尊师重教的观念;第二:让全社会都知道一个基本的道理:教育是有规律的,要按照规律来办教育;教师是一个专门的职业,不是什么人都可以胜任的。

2、目前教育工作者大致分为两种:一种是教育实践工作者,另一种是教育理论工作者。而成为教育家要具备以下三个条件:(1)热爱教育,热爱学生,长期从事教育工作,一辈子献身于教育事业;(2)勤于思考,善于实践,有自己独立的教育思想和观点,而不是上面怎么布置我就怎么做;(3)工作业绩出色,经验丰富,有自己的教育风格,在教育界有一定影响,被广大教师所公认。

3、要想成为一个教育家,首先要正确认识教师的职业具有复杂的脑力劳动、具有极大的创造性和灵活性、具有鲜明的示范性以及具有长期性和长效性等特点;其次,要努力更新教育观念。要明确没有爱就没有教育,没有兴趣就没有学习的观念。

4、要想培养学生的兴趣可以从以下几个方面入手:(1)把学习的选择权还给学生;(2)改革人才培养模式;(3)高等学校应该参与到高中人才培养当中来。

Those Engaged in Education Should Be Professional Educators

Abstract:The "National Outline for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020)" advocatesschool-running by professional educators, the fundamental purpose of which is to foster the concept of respecting teachers and their

works in the whole society, and also help more and more people to realize the regularity of education and professionalism of teachers. Professional educators who understand education will follow education regularities and avoid anti-education activities. What kind of teachers can be regarded as "professional educators"? Those who love teaching and children; who are engaged in educational work for long time; diligent in thinking, good at practice, and experienced; who have their own independent educational ideas and their own teaching style and perform an excellent job recognized by other teachers should be considered as "professional educators". How to become a professional educator? Occupational characteristics of teachers should be firstly recognized. Education is a complex brainwork with great creativity, flexibility, and long-term effects on children. Teachers' job is soul building. Secondly, teachers are encouraged to update their educational ideas. There is no education without love, and no learning without interests. Therefore, professional educators are required to respect students' personalities, give study options back to students and reform on talents cultivation mode. Standards for professional educators should not be set too high. Professional educators are those who are well recognized as having long education history, rich teaching experiences and independent educational ideas, and acting on educational regularities.
