摘  要：“教育家型校长”是在教育出现转型时期发展的时代要求，其与我国当前教育改革与发展需要相符，是提升学校内涵的根本保障。文章在探讨“教育家型校长”内涵的基础上，重点对“教育家型校长”的办学思想进行了深入的探讨。

关键词：教育家型校长；办学思想；激励效应；自主权；有效沟通

总结：1、“教育家型校长”指的是在教育实际工作当中，有创建、有贡献以及有影响力的教育工作者，其能引领教育发展的思想，形成具有创造性的教育与办学理念。

2、“教育家型校长”应当具有以下的办学思想：（1）对教育管理活动的独到见解；（2）勇于追求教师群体激励效应；（3）应加强教师的自主权；（4）注意学校师生之间的有效沟通。

3、“教育家型校长”的办学思想主要集中在对教师进行公正而客观与激励、加强教师的自主权、注意学校师生之间的有效沟通等几个方面。从当前的教育发展的实际情况来看，需要不断坚持“教育家型校长”的办学精神和在办学道路上不断

感悟与总结，切实提升学校办学水平，为国家培养出更多更好的创新型人才，进而推动社会进步。

On the Idea of School Running of Educator—-Type Principals
