美国教育公平理念:实践与思考

摘要:教育公平是美国核心的教育理念,成人教育是美国教育公平得以实现的重要途径。美国政府以法律的形式确立教育公平理念,通过大力资助福利性项目和努力拓展教育途径,为弱势群体扩大教育机会;通过强化务实的管理手段,促进成人教育质量的提高。当前,促进我国教育公平是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要环节,美国成人教育在追求教育公平理念过程中的经验,值得我们借鉴和思考。

总结:1. 以多种多样的实践形式确保教育公平:
(1)大力资助福利性项目,为弱势群体的学习提供支持;
(2)努力拓展教育途径,为弱势群体扩大教育机会;

2. 对教育公平理念在我国成人教育实施的思考:
(1)加强成人教育立法,以法律形式促进教育公平的实现;
(2)完善政策机制,保障成人受教育的权利;
(3)充分挖掘教育资源,扩大成人受教育的机会;
(4)提高成人教育质量,保证成人学习的成效。
The Idea of USA Education Equity: Practice and Thinking

Abstract: Education equity is a persistently pursued goal in America. The adult education is regarded as an important way to realize the education equity in America. The American government takes many legal measures to improve the quality of adult education and finally to promote the realization of education equity. These measures mainly include investing welfare programs, enriching education and funds collecting patterns and strengthening the quality management. Currently, promoting the education equity is an important link to the construction of the socialism harmonious society in China. The experience in American adult education to pursue education equity is worthy of reflecting and studying.
