对学校领导激励性管理艺术的探讨

摘要：学校领导的管理对象主要是教师，它要根据教师的内隐需要和外显需要去调动人家教书育人的积极性。本文从教师不同年龄的层级需要、工作实际中激励的两面性和总体效应中群体性激励三个方面探讨了学校领导激励性管理艺术，这必将对鼓舞管理对象的斗志、增强单位凝聚力和提高工作效率起到一定的指导作用。

    总结：1、学校领导激励性管理的正确运用：

（1）要根据教师的需要层级，注意激励的层次性：老年教师、中年教师和青年教师。

（2）要根据工作实标，注意激励的两面性。

（3）要根据总体效应，注意群体性激励。

2、激励性管理既是学校领导进行教学教育管理的方式，又是学校领导对人、财、物、时、信（信息）管理的艺术。

Exploration on the College Leaders' Encouraging Management Arts

Abstract：The leaders in a college administer all the teachers, the administering art should be focused on how to encourage and make use of the teachers' activity according to the teachers' intrinsic and extrinsic needs. This thesis focus on the discussion about the leaders' encouraging administration arts on the basis of teachers'  different needs, practical work and the general effects. It can direct the improvement of teachers' struggling ambition, strengthen the teamwork spirit and improve the working efficiency.
