技术创新、教育领导力与学习变革

——“21世纪学习”国际论坛概述

摘要：以计算机和互联网为代表的信息通讯技术已经深刻地改变了人们的生活方式和交流方式，也因此，21世纪给世界各地传统学校和传统教育体制带来的是机遇与挑战并存的发展前景。在这样的背景下，杭州师范大学、美国肯恩大学和浙江大学教育学院联合举办了第11届西博会“21世纪学习”国际论坛，论坛邀请了21位国际教育技术专家和6位国内教育技术专家，共做了26场报告。报告的主题包括五大方面：（1）信息通讯技术（ICT）在中小学校中的应用；（2）虚拟现实技术在课堂上的应用；（3）电子化学习；（4）移动学习；（5）ICT相关的教师培训。所有报告或多或少都涉及到了技术创新、教育领导力以及学习变革等话题。

总结：1、根据中国互联网信息中心（CNNI）的数据，截止2008年12月31日，中国有2.98亿网民，占总人口的22.6%，比世界平均水平(21.9%)略高，但还远低于一此发达国家的水平（如美国的72.5%）。

2、信息通讯技术在中小学校中的应用：（1）强调3C。即creating(创造力)、communicating（交流）和collaborating（合作）；（2）动画；（3）冒险学习计划；（4）基于J2EE分布式应用程序框架的THEOL网络教学支撑平台，

3、虚拟现实技术在课堂上的应用：（1）在人力资源开发领域的可行性；（2）数字博物馆；

4、电子化学习：GoogleLitTrips项目通过运用整合学习(Integrated Studies)方法来提高学生对文学学习的投入和增强他们的全球意识。

5、移动学习：（1）移动设备的应用、创设动态环境的策略，以及定制学习内容的机会等；（2）iPod和iTunes的联合使用。

    6、ICT相关的教师培训：通过创造在线模拟教室、提供最新的培训设施来促进教师培养。

    7、所选报告有一个共同的特征，即反映了“21 世纪学习”的某此内容：现有教育创新活动的经验介绍和未来技术应用的前景预测；教育技术应用瓶颈的剖析和解决困境可能的方案呈现。

Technological Innovation, Educational Leadership and Learning Transformation: Summary of “21st Century Learning”

Abstract：Information and communication technologies, such。、computer and Internet, have been changing people's lifestyle and communication manner fundamentally. Therefore, the 21st century brings both opportunities and challenges to traditional schools as well as traditional educational systems. With such background in mind, Hangzhou Normal University, together with American Kean University and College of Education, Zhejiang University, held a conference called "21st Century Learning @ the West Lake Expo" (October. 31-November, 4, 2009, Hangzhou). 21 international scholars and six famous Chinese scholars in area of educational technology were invited and totally they made 26 presentations,  which covered five areas:  ICT application in K-12 schools;  virtual reality technologies in classroom; e-learning; mobile learning, and ICT-related teacher training. All presentations had contents related to technological innovation, educational leadership, and learning transformation.
