情感管理在学校管理中的应用

摘要：情感管理是近年来备受中国企业界重视的管理模式之一。理论联系实际论述学校管理中情感管理的有关问题，尽管学校同企业情况有差别，可是推行情感管理却总值得提倡；但情感管理取代不了基础管理，特别是制度管理。把无情的制度与有情的管理艺术地结合，寓无情于有情之中，取得有情胜无情的管理成效是推行情感管理所期望达到的管理境界。

关键词：情感管理；制度管理；学校领导；教职员工

总结：1、在学校组织中，情感管理则可以具体为学校领导与教职员工之间的一种晓之以理、动之以情的思想、工作交流的方式。情感管理并不是感情用事或拉关系，其含义体现在以下四个方面：了解人、尊重人、关心人、吸引人。

2、学校需要通过情感管理，调动各方面的积极性，以实现学校的办学宗旨。其具体途径包括以下内容：（1）首先做教职工的朋友，再做教职工的上司。（2）让教职工明确你对他的工作期望和要求。（3）以自身的行为感动教职工。（4）通过心理感化教职工。（5）具情感染。（6）务实感奋。

3、情感管理应注意的问题：好人主义问题，管理失度问题，潜伏矛盾问题。

4、正确处理情感管理与制度管理的关系：要避免出现非此即彼，走极端的情况；制度管理与情感管理的有机结合；情感管理的有情可以融合在制度管理中。

Application of the emotion management in the university

Abstract：Emotion management is one of the management styles which nowadays enterprises are paying more and more attention to. Combining theory with practice, this paper discusses the issues on the emotion management in the university. Though there is difference between enterprises and universities, emotion management is also worth advocating.However,emotion management can't take the place of basic management, especially the system management.Including the unmercifulness into mercifulness and tying unmerciful system in merciful management so as to gain a better management effect is the management realm expected while emotion management is carried on.
