学校的课程统整:从课程管理到课程领导

摘要:在学校层面上进行课程统整,不仅是学校谋求自身发展的需要,也是课程实践的内在逻辑,它应成为基础教育中各级各类学校寻求自身发展所依赖的共同经验。要充分达成课程统整的功能,需要从课程管理的计划和控制之外找到战略—课程领导,即以学校为场域,通过愿景引领、目标设定、协调激励、评价保障等要项,以使学校体系能达成增进学生学习品质的目标。

总结:1、课程统整“是以真实世界中具有个人和社会意义的问题作为组织中心,透过与知识的应用及有关的内容和活动,使学生将课程经验统整到他的意义架构中,并亲身经验解决问题的方法,达成经验和知识的统整。
2、学校层面的课程领导,则是以学校为场域,通过愿景引领、目标设定、协调激励、评价保障等要项,以使学校体系能达成增进学生学习品质的目标。
3、个别化课程为教师课程意识的提高和专业发展提供了广阔的空间,能
促进教师科研能力和教育教学水平的不断提高。学校的课程统整不只是一个理论课题,更是一个实践命题,它应成为基础教育中各级各类学校寻求自身发展所依赖的共同经验。
School Curriculum Integration:From Course Management to Curriculum Leadership

Abstract:In the school level curriculum integration, not only is the internal logic;of the school to seek their own development needs, but also courses practice, it should he a common experience in basic education schools at all levels to seek their own development depends. To fully achieve curriculum integration needs to he found outside the course management planning and control strategy-leadership courses, school field to lead through vision, goal setting, align incentives, evaluation protection to make the school system to he able to reach the goal of promoting the quality of student learning.
