教育家的教育创新特质申论

摘  要：成为教育家必须具备教育家应有的特质。教育创新就是教育家必备的一种特质。在梳理及界定创新的定义、归纳与概括教育创新的本质的基础上，翻阅中外教育史发现，教育创新乃教育家的必备特质之一。教育家的教育创新或为立言、或为办学、或为教学。顺应时代需要、勇于开拓创新、遵循相关规律、做到知行合一，是教育家教育创新这一特质的特征。

总结：1、在研究教育家的教育创新特质时，创新与教育创新是两个必须首先明确的概念。创新，就是主体为了达成一定的目的，依据有关规律，借助创造或革新解决客体整体或部分存在的问题，从而使其得到正向发展的活动过程。

2、教育创新，就是教育主体为了达成一定的教育目的，依据教育规律、主客体发展规律与人才成长规律等，借助创造或革新解决客体整体或部分存在的问题，从而使其得到正向发展的活动过程。其具有以下本质特征：（1）教育创新都是有目的的；（2）教育创新都务必依据与遵循有关规律；（3）教育创新必须基于问题；（4）教育创新必须借助创造或革新；（5）教育创新的标准是正向发展。

3、教育家这一教育创新特质具有表现在以下几个方面：（1）立言；（2）办学；（3）教学。而其具体特征则是：（1）顺应时代需要；（2）勇于开拓创新；（3）遵循有关规律；（4）做到知行合一。

The educational innovation made by educators is to make a point, run a school or support teaching activities. Conforming to the needs of the times, having the courage to make innovations abiding by relevant rules and achieving the unity of knowing and doing are the characteristics of educators' educational innovative trait.
