提高校长培训有效性的思考

摘 要:如何提高校长培训有效性,一直是校长培训研究关注的问题。要从根本上提高校长培训的有效性,关键在于确立校长专业成长的自我更新取向。校长专业成长自我更新取向符合校长专业成长的规律;校长专业成长自我更新取向的确立,将会对校长培训的目标、功能、模式等基本问题产生根本影响,也将对校长培训的有效性产生根本影响。

总结:1、当前校长培训中主要存在以下问题:(1)学员的积极性不高;(2)培训教材陈旧;(3)培训师资老面孔多;(4)培训总体是自上而下的摊派,出现“要校长学”,校长反而不想学;(5)培训经费严重不足,低成本运作。尽管经过努力,已经取得很大进步,但始终面临着一种困境:由于校长所从事的工作的复杂性、不确定性,以及要求的多样化,致使我们的培训很难充分满足校长的要求。
2、从校长的专业成长取向来看,可以划分为专业训练取向和专业自我更新取向。。而反思现行的校长培训,主要立足于校长专业训练取向。该取向的优点在于保证教学秩序的基本稳定,但很难跟上时代的步伐和校长的需求。而校长专业成长自我更新取向正是针对校长专业训练取向之不足提出的。其要求校长培训立足于校长的自我更新取向,整个培训不仅要关注培训目标,更注重一些实际的问题。
3、校长培训工作的功能是促进校长专业发展,促进校长自我体验、自我反思、自我成长。正确认识校长培训功能,对我们做好培训工作至少有两个方面的意义:第一,能够帮助我们正确评估校长培训的作用;第二,提供了评估校长培训效果的标准。而实践表明关注校长在管理实践中遇到的问题,关注校长的经验,选择恰当的学习方式,能够有效提升校长的反思能力,实现培训的目标。
The Thought on the Improvement of the Effectiveness of Headteacher Training

Abstract: It has been the consistent focus of researchers on the improvement of the effectiveness of head teacher training. The author holds that in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the current head teacher training, the decisive measure is for head teachers to establish their own directions of self-improvement during the process of professional development. Head teachers' directions of self-improvement are closely in line with the regular pattern of the head teacher professional development, and which soon after being established, will be of fundamental impact on some critical issues of head teacher training such as the aim, the function and the module as well as the training effectiveness.
