美国的校长培训制度及其启示

摘要：在美国，要做中小学校长不仅要在被认可的高等学校经过严格训练获得硕士学位，而且要有中小学课堂教学的实践经验，同时还要经过一年的校长实习。这种过程不是靠教育行政部门的指令，而是靠校长候选人的自主选择。与之相比，我国的校长培训制度不仅没有严格的学位要求，而且不强调实践环节;校长候选人的学习不仅缺乏自主性，在培训资源的配置上也缺乏整合性和优质性。因而，我国校长培训制度需要在国际视野中进行改进。

总结：1、在美国，要做中小学校长需要多种条件，其主要的条件包括：（1）在被认可的高等学校获得硕士学位；（2）有至少3年的中小学课堂教学经验；（3）完成学校行政与督导项目的学习；（4）成功地完成校长实习。

2、而校长候选人需要完成的学校行政与督导项目的学习，又具体含有以下的内容：（1）学生成长及发展的知识与理解；（2）组织和制度的知识与理解；（3）理论、模式、组织发展原则的知识与理解；（4）决定和启动不同学校社区的知识与理解；（5）教育在现代社会中的目的及作用的知识与理解；（6）美国学校系统中代表政府准则的知识与理解。

3、美国校长培训制度给我国的校长培训带来了许多的启示，可以通过提高校长的学历和学位；强化校长的实践磨练过程；通过从管理对象、管理理论、管理技能以及管理环境四个方面来改进培训课程设计，并在同时改革校长培训机制，而不仅仅是资格培训、提高培训和校长研修3级。

4、针对我国的校长培训问题，政府首先要转变职能，在保障培训质量的同时也要给学习者自主选择的权利，并发挥其主动能动性，整合教育资源，提高更好的教育环境。

The System of the Principal’s Training in American Schools

and Its Implication

Abstract: In the United States, the person who wants to be a principal of a primary school or secondary school not only needs to get a master degree after a hard study in the qualified university, but also needs to have some practical teaching experiences in classroom. Furthermore, he or she also needs to experience a principal’s training for one year. The educational administrative department does not stipulate this process, but it is of the principal candidate’s own will and choice. In comparison with America, the system of the principal's training in our country not only has no strict requirements about the candidate’s academic degree, but also puts no stress on his practical experiences. Moreover, the candidates for the principal lack the will to study as well and the distribution of the training resources is short of integration and optimization. Hence, the system of the principal's training must be improved in the international perspective.
